With regard to he infamous KSM (World Trade Center, the Pentagon’s war crimes court and prosecutors at Guantánamo Bay are at loggerheads over charges against him, because the latter wants to drop the charge of conspiracy which is not an offense under international law, and would open proceedings to legal challenge and delay. KSM is facing numerous other charges, including 2,976 counts of murder, which carry the death penalty, so WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES ONE MORE CHARGE MAKE one way or the other? And why are we wasting taxpayers’ money on ridiculous haggling over semantics.

The odd thing about these three criminals is that it seems they have more rights now than before they were behind bars and we the people are bending backwards to accommodate them and footing the bill, thus encouraging stalling tactics and futile court arguments.
